Creating a segment

You can create a dynamic segment of contacts easily within Outseta.

Note that the segment list will be updating all the time as new people are added to the platform and their status / details change.

When creating a segment, we recommend matching all of the following criteria to avoid embarrassment:

Person > Account Status does not equal Deceased
Person > Deceased does not equal True

Segments are groups of people or accounts that share similar characteristics. You specify criteria for your segments, then Outseta will automatically populate your segments with any users that match your conditions. Segments can then be used to trigger email campaigns.
